The house is well furnished in traditional French style reflecting the character of this comfortable home which has maintained many of it's original features. Entry is at street level into the large kitchen dining room, this room is dominated by the original open fireplace. The kitchen and the adjoining utliity area is equipped with an oven, fridge, washing machine and micro wave. The large farmhouse table has seating for six. The living room has comfortable sofas around a fireplace. There is a TV with French channels. There is a separate WC on the ground floor. On the first floor is the spacious master bedroom with a modern ensuite bathroom. Through the master bedroom is a single bedroom. The third floor has a second double bedroom with a shower room and WC. Access to the roof terrace is via a open tread staircase. The terrace has table and chairs for dining or sun bathing. The house is not suitable for children under 12 or people with limited mobility. Plentiful parking available on street or in nearby car park.
