The Property:
Spacious villa with three bedrooms. Master bedroom on the ground floor opening onto terrace to the full sized 10m by 5m swimming pool. The double bedroom has an ensuite shower. On the ground floor is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and American Fridge/freezer and washing machine. The large living area has a piano and comfortable sofas with seating for six. There is a large flatscreen TV with French Terrestial channels and a DVD player. A broadband Internet connection with WiFi is available for your use. The dining area is in a sunny conservatory area with far reaching views across the open countryside. A wooden staircase leads to Mezzanine, library area which then leads to the upstairs bedrooms. The twin bedded room and double bedroom, both have hanging wardrobes and storage. The family bathroom has a bath with hand shower. There are two separate WCs one on this floor, the other on the ground floor.

Montpeyroux is a lively village where visitors are encouraged to join in the summer fetes, which take place during July and August. It is well served with shops including a bakery/patisserie, grocer, butcher, post office, cafe and wine bar. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes drive. The village is well known for the high quality of its wine and boasts several of the regions best producers. Swim at Mediterranean beaches 35 mins, Lac Salagou 10 mins, Herault river 10 mins. There is excellent walking and cycling from the village in the surrounding hills on well marked paths..
