The Property:

The house has been equipped to provide comfortable holiday accommodation. The house is south facing with a large paved terrace suitable for sunbathing and ?al fresco? dining and is completely private. The large garden surrounding the property is planted with shady pine and cypress trees. The surrounding vineyards and orchards ensure a haven of peace and tranquillity. The property is open plan with the kitchen area separated from the large living/dining room by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped including electric oven and hob, fridge and washing machine. There are ample tiled work surfaces. The living room is open to the roof giving a bright and spacious feel, there are french windows opening onto the terrace. The room is furnished with sofa, chairs and a dinning area. Electric radiator heating is available for those out of season visits. Off the living room is the shower room with shower unit, toilet and handbasin. The sleeping area is situated on the mezzanine and is via an open wooden staircase, there is a double bed, a range of fitted shelf units and antique wardrobe. NB: Linen is included in the rental price. Electricity is included for all seasons except Low, when it is payable by meter reading.
