There is also an old mas on the property, which is not accessible to the tenants as it houses the owners garden tools etc. The villa has two superb private terraces for sunbathing or outside dining, one south-facing and the other west facing, perfect for watching the sun-setting! There is an above-ground splash pool, which is walled for protection and privacy. The garden is planted with fruit trees and shrubs with a large area of lawn. Accommodation is on the one level. Two steps lead up to the front door which opens into an entrance hall. The bathroom with WC, sink and bath with overhead shower is to the right. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom to the left. Both bedrooms have a wardrobes with hanging space. The spacious lounge is furnished with a sofa and comfortable chairs and many small personal touches. French windows open to the terrace at the rear of the property. There is a further bedroom off the living room but this is locked and contains the owners personal effects. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and electric hob microwave and worktop grill. Doors open to the south facing terrace and pool area.
