The Property:

The villa is set in over 4,000 square meters of garden on the opposite river bank to the owners mill house. The property is surrounded by vineyards and is very peaceful. Access to the river is via steep path down the river bank. The river at this point has large rocks where there are small water cascades providing pools for paddling, there is also a beach for sunbathing and trees along the bank provide welcome shade from the midday sun. Further along the river there are larger pools suitable for swimming. There is a paved terrace with sun loungers, parasol and table and chairs. A barbecue is also provided. ACCOMMODATION: Decorated in a fresh modern style incorporating both modern and antique styled furniture providing comfortable holiday accommodation. The spacious kitchen/living room has sliding windows to the terrace. Television and small music centre are available for your use. The spacious living area is open plan with French windows opening to the terrace. The ceiling is beamed in keeping with the rural feel of the house. The kitchen area is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge with ice making compartment and micro wave oven. A steep wooden staircase leads to a large bedroom with twin beds. Through the living room is the hall area, off the hall is the large modern shower room with purpose built shower, WC and wash hand basin. The front loading washing machine is to be found here. There is a second separate WC, twin bedded room and double bedded room. All bedrooms have wood parquet floors. The double bedroom has sliding glass doors to the terrace.
