On three levels, the house has been well restored, maintaining the traditional style. Electric radiator heating throughout makes this house ideal for off-season occupancy. GROUND FLOOR: Large vaulted living room with comfortable seating around a large open fireplace (decorative only). There is a separate WC off the living area. A stone staircase leads to FIRST FLOOR: Master bedroom with twin beds which can either be made up as separate beds or together to give a kings size bed. Wide ranging views from the window. Second smaller bedroom with three-quarter sized bed. On this floor there is also a bathroom with bath and hand shower, a handbasin and WC. SECOND FLOOR: Open plan living, kitchen and dining area with magnificent uninterrupted views across the vines to the hills beyond. The kitchen area is equipped with a gas/electric cooker, fridge with ice making compartment, front loading washing machine and dishwasher. The living area is comfortably furnished with easy chairs, dining table and seating for four. A small CD player and radio is available for your use. . Telephone for incoming calls only, outgoing calls can be made with a calling card. There is a small terrace opening from the living room suitable for eating outdoors and sun bathing.
