The Property:

ACCOMMODATION Entry is via a stone staircase to the first floor entrance hall. The house is spacious, light and airy throughout with high ceilings and large windows, whitewashed walls and wooden floors. The open plan living room is decorated with many personal touches including interesting items from the owner?s travels and large tropical plants. There are two sofas and comfortable armchairs. A television is available for your use along with a music centre. The living room opens into the large dining room with a door leading to the terrace. The sunny peaceful, flower filled terrace has views across the old workshops and the surrounding countryside. The small kitchen is situated off the dining room and is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer along with a selection of small, useful kitchen appliances. There is a WC off the living area. A wooden staircase leads to the second floor where you will find a large hallway leading to three bedrooms. One double bedded, one single bedded and the other a spacious children?s bedroom with bunk beds and a single raised bed. The children?s bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath and twin sinks. There is a second shower room and separate WC off the hallway. A small utility room houses the top loading washing machine. Rates inclusive of linen and electricity, telephone for incoming calls only
