The kitchen area is seperated by a breakfast bar and is equipped with a gas cooker,dishwasher and fridge. The hallway from the living room gives access to the three simply furnished bedrooms, one twin bedded, but the beds can be joined to make a double bed , one with twin beds and the third with a double bed. The modern fully tiled bathroom has twin sinks and an independent shower cubicle. There is a separate WC. The original winemaker's cellar situated under the house has a washing machine and a second fridge. There is ample storage available for windsurfers etc if required. The owners live in an adjoining property. The swimming pool is fenced for security and is maintained by the owner at your convenience, every effort is made to respect your privacy.
