Bob and Claire, retired guest house owners, are on hand to ensure the enjoyment of your stay and to offer advice on what to do and see in the region. The sitting room has French windows opening on to the terrace which features a range of garden furniture including sun loungers and barbecue. The open plan living area is furnished with comptempory sofa and furnishings. A television is provided for your use, it is equipped to receive both UK Freeview and French channels there is also a DVD player. Guests have use of outdoor table tennis table. The fully fitted kitchen includes electric oven ceramic hob, front loading washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and a good range of appliances and cooking utensils. The bedroom has twin beds and ample storage including fitted wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom contains a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC. The apartment is equipped throughout with electric convection heaters making it an ideal year round retreat. electric fans are available for the summer months. Rental rates are inclusive of electricity, linen and towels. Non Smokers only please.
