The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and arm chairs there is a TV with UK free view channels and a separate TV and DVD player which plays English DVDs. The modern fitted kitchen is well equipped with an under worktop gas hob and electric oven a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine are located in the adjoining utility area of the garage. On the ground floor you will find a large 'walk in' shower room with WC. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two double bedded rooms and one that can be made up as either a double or twin bedded room. One of the double bedded rooms has an ensuite WC and hand basin. The family bathroom has a bath with hand shower, WC and hand basin. The mature garden surrounds the house with lots of colourful Mediterranean shrubs and flowers. Garden furniture includes table and chairs for outside dining, sun loungers and a built in BBQ. The circular pool is 4.5m in diameter and 1.10m deep. Secure parking for up to two cars in available within the grounds of the property. Sheets and towels are included in the rental.
