Modern house within the owners property but completely self contained with a private entrance. The house offers comfortable holiday accommodation. All windows have elecric blinds to keep the house cool during the summer months Entry is into the open plan living area with ceiling open to the roof. The area is particularly spacious and light with sliding glass doors opening onto the courtyard. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, easy chairs and dining table with seating for four. There are side tables and lamps, also TV with terrestial French stations. The kitchen area is equipped with an elecric cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. The double bedroom has a large wardrobe with hanging space and storage. The shower room has a purpose built shower, vanity unit and WC. The small courtyard is very private, there is table and chairs for Al Fresco dining and a BBQ for your use.
