The Property:

Terraced house on three floors sympathetically restored to a high standard to provide comfortable holiday accommodation. All rooms are light and airy, the master bedroom and TV area have views across the river. Shops, restaurants and cafes are all within a short walk. There is an outside terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Entry is up a short flight of stairs through the terrace to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave and under worktop fridge with ice making compartment. There is a dining table and chairs for six. A small music centre for CDs is available for your use. Stairs lead to the second floor with the master bedroom, lobby area with desk and chair and small wardrobe. The shower room is also on this floor with WC, basin and shower cabinet with hydro massage jets, There is also a heated towel rail. On the top floor is the twin bedded room with exposed stone walls and beamed ceiling, off this bedroom is a small sitting room with a sofa, Satellite TV with UK Free view channels and DVD for your use. The washing machine is housed in the cellar which can also be used for storing bikes or a motor bike. Parking is either on the street nearby or in car park. Due to the stairs the house is not suitable for children under 9 years old or for those guests who may have mobility difficulties. Electric heating for winter lets, enquiries for longer lets welcomed. No smoking in the house please.
