The Property:

Comfortable restored corner house on three floors, particularly light and airy with large windows throughout. The house has retained stripped wooden doors, exposed stone work and beams. It is particularly well furnished to give a home from home feeling. Entry is into the large kitchen dining area featuring the original fireplace. Equipped with a gas cooker with electric hobs and dishwasher. There is a dining table with seating for six. The large garage serves as a storage area and houses the large fridge/freezer and washing machine. Wood is provided for the wood burning stove and two bicycles for your use. The second floor is reached via a wide tiled staircase, on this floor there is a sitting room and wood burning stove. Two double bedrooms one with a standard double bed the other a queen sized bed. The bathroom can be accessed directly from either bedroom. The spacious bathroom has a shower unit, WC and hand basin and heated towel rail. The third floor has a comfortable living room with two sofas. A DVD and TV are provided, although there is no TV reception. There is a second bathroom with WC, bath with over head shower and hand basin. The large roof terrace is off the living area it is partially covered to provide shade the remainder offers a wonderful sun trap for sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers. There are table and chairs are for dining and a Weber charcoal fuelled BBQ is available.
